A straight forward media table with an oiled oak top and white painted birch legs along with two shelves in the same style have found a place in this beautiful home.
One has to spoil oneself, once in a while. And I do so by enjoying a good cup of coffee at my freshly-built coffee table.
The table top is made of ash wood and held together with two dovetailed battens. Playful curvy gaps between the boards give it a nice little twist and allow the wood to expand.
The legs of reclaimed iroko wood are as well joint with dovetails. Finished is the whole table with oil-wax.
A simple and functional shoe rack system for boots and shoes I built for the Steiner daycare in Tampere.
This sturdy play kitchen found its home in the Steiner daycare in Tampere. Body is made of solid spruce, handles and knobs are made of oak. All parts are finished with a water-based lacquer.
This wall-to-wall closet was ordered by a customer allergic to any kind of solvent. Therefor the birch wood is left completely unfinished and all parts including the back panels are made of solid wood.
